Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond/ macadamia butter)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice (I use Buttanut almond milk)
Method
Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
