Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or almond/ macadamia butter)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I use Buttanut almond milk)

Method

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. 

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
