Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup raw almonds
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of Himalayan salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly over a baking tray.
Place in the oven (180 degrees) for ten minutes, stir the mixture and bake for another 10 minutes (or until golden).
Serve with creamy Greek yoghurt and berries.
