Makes: 8–10

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • ⅓ cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp almond milk
  • ⅓ cup dark chocolate (85%), broken into pieces
  • pinch of sea salt
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Beat the eggs.
  3. Stir in the cacao and coconut flour until combined.
  4. Add the peanut butter, honey, chia seeds and almond milk and mix.
  5. Add chopped dark chocolate & raspberries.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the baking tin.
  7. Can top with swirls of extra peanut butter.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes in the oven.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and then cut into brownie squares.
  10. Serve warm 🙂
