Ingredients:
1 big ripe banana
1/2 cup nut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oats (I use gluten-free)
1/4 cup – raisins or chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Combine the banana, nut butter and cinnamon.
Sir in the oats.
Fold in the raisins/ chocolate chips (optional)
Refrigerate for 10 minutes (to firm up)
Scoop into a lined baking sheet and flatten with a fork.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes at 200 degrees.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
