Ingredients:

1/4 cup flour of choice (almond/buckwheat/ coconut)

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1 cup almond butter

3 tbsp maple syrup

¼ cup almond milk

2 eggs

1 tsp Himalayan salt

1 tsp baking powder

Method:

Preheat oven to 160C.

Mix flour, cocoa, salt & baking powder.

Whisk almond butter, maple syrup, eggs & milk.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and fold until just combined. Spoon into dish & bake for 25min until just cooked.
