Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 cup (250ml) almond milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of choice

To serve:

  • Fresh fruit of your choice and sprinkle of granola

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until they reach a creamy, smooth consistency. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with fruit of your choice and a sprinkle of granola.
